Rails Installer for Windows (XP, Vista, 7)
Wayne E Seguin (RVM fame) has released Rails Installer, a simple, one stop Ruby and Rails installer for Windows.Its a single installer wizard that installs Ruby 1.8.7, Rails 3.0.3, Git and SQLite.
For those who wish to work with Rails on Windows should definitely give a try. The only complaint about Rails Installer is that it install Ruby 1.8.7, while 1.9 is the latest and specially for Rails 3.0.3.
